These whole quail are perfect for rubs or marinades and can be prepared in 20 minutes from refrigerator to table. Our local Diamond H Ranch provides quail to the country’s top restaurants, such as Thomas Keller’s esteemed Per Se in NYC. Each order comes with 4 quail (approx. 5 oz each) which feeds two to three people.
