A whole boneless leg of lamb is approximately 3lbs and feeds 6 generously. Our half boneless leg is approximately 1.10lbs and feeds 2-3. 

The perfect spring roast for Easter - or any occasion. Since it is a boneless roast, it cooks up fast. Our butcher recommends stuffing the inside cavity with garlic, rosemary and salt and searing it in a hot cast-iron pan. Once the leg is brown on all sides, place in a roasting pan and roast at 350° F. for approximately 1 hour. Internal temp should be around 145° F.
