For the Texas fanatic with a knack for the grill, we designed a bright burnt orange meat rub that won’t be forgotten — as much for the color as the flavor! This umami rub mixes orange peel, smoked paprika, jaggery, and garam masala for a fruity, nutty profile backed up by a bold Texas spice kick. Because the mix is already salted, all you’ll need to find to complete the recipe is a worthy piece of meat, and this mix works on anything — chicken wings, pork chops, and whole brisket are a few candidates.

We’re thrilled to introduce our signature spice rubs with this smoked chili variety, developed by Austin-based Chef Taylor Byrd. On top of a smoky background of sweet smoked paprika and a variety of chili flakes, this mix features a blend of peppercorns with a hint of garlic and onion. Smoky, peppery, and a tad spicy, this mix is one-stop shop for seasoning your next chicken or roast. The mix is salted and stands alone as a complete seasoning.
