Chicken Thighs, Bone-in, Skin-on

Each pack comes is approximately 1.25-1.5lbs and comes with 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs.

Our most requested poultry cut is now available! The thighs are from Cornish Cross broilers who are moved daily to fresh grass pasture and never given antibiotics, steroids, hormones, or arsenic. Limited quantity per week so order as soon as possible.

Sirloin Steak

Note: Weight increase from 1lb to 1.5lb. One inch thick. Serves 2-3 people comfortably.

An excellent cut of steak at a great value. It's quick and easy to prepare with fantastic marbling and flavor. High heat and marinades work best for this cut. Try marinading, grilling and serving thin, crisp slices in tacos. Or prepare it restaurant-style in a cast iron topped with butter and herbs. Always slice sirloins thinly against the grain for the most tender pieces.

Chicken Tenders

Each order contains ten pieces, totaling around 1lb. Serves two people comfortably.

Quick to cook and a healthy option for your kids - or your inner child. Simply sauté or grill and serve sliced on a salad. Or try a version of healthy, homemade chicken fingers: toss the chicken tenders in some buttermilk, roll in crushed cornflakes and bake in the oven at 475 degrees for 12 minutes for a sure crowd-pleaser. The chicken tenders come from chickens that are moved daily fresh grass pasture and never given antibiotics, steroids, hormones, or arsenic.

Ground Beef

Each order contains 1lb. Feeds two people comfortably. 

80/20 blend for rich burgers, meat sauces and meatballs and 96/4 for a leaner ground. This ground meat is only made with USDA reserve trims, which means you get the best at a great price.
