Approximately 2lbs of beef cheeks, feeds four.
Beef Cheeks are a tougher butcher’s cut packed with flavor that should be cooked low and slow. Our butcher recommends braising because beef cheeks as the flavor of the braising liquid will be absorbed and, once broken down, the meat will have a similar texture to pulled pork. We love making these beef cheeks into a barbacoa or a red wine braise with garlic and herbs.
Our pasture raised beef cheeks come from Dean & Peeler ranch in Poth, TX.
